3.1 – General Rules
ALL THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT STRIKE/PUNISHMENT
3.1.1 – RDM – Random Death Match
- Attacking a player with no back story, to intentionally kill or injure them without a valid reason
3.1.2 – VDM – Vehicle Deathmatch
- Attacking a player with a vehicle with no reason with intention to kill them with the moving object you may have.
3.1.3 – Blacklisted Items
- Using items that are not allowed to be used at all and will result in a straight strike + (Some Main servers may have different Blacklisted items , in the event of this happening contact an Executive and work your way up COC to be familiarised
3.1.4 – Character
- You may not have a character whose only goal is to kill
- Exemption if you have the serial killer priority for one character
- You may not act as a gang member or as a group if you are not a gang member.
3.1.5 – Revenge Killing
- Revenge Killing is not tolerated in HighGen RP, this is where someone kills you and you come back onto the scene with a whole new character and kill them.
3.1.6 – Fear RP
- Not realistically fearing for your life i.e somebody puts a gun to your head while you have no weapon in your hands currently you are not going to reach for any weapon or run away you must stand and fear for your life.
3.1.7 – Robbery
- The max you can rob off someone is $100k; anything more will be given back to the victim.
- If you steal someone’s car you must keep the car in your possession for 30 minutes before the owner of the vehicle must send it to you in discord inventory.
- If the person gets the car back within 30 minutes the person who got it back may keep it.
3.1.8 – Scamming
- You may scam people in RP for a max of 150K.
3.1.9 – Body Armour
- You can only wear Body Armour when you’re a civilian rank 4+ for legit situations.
3.1.10 – Force RP
- Force RP is defined as intentionally giving an effect of an action to alter role play to benefit the executioner in any way. Example, Shoots {user} 58 times in the head with an AP Pistol.
- The max you can say in in-game-chat shoots {user} in the head is 2 times.
3.1.11 – Conflict
- You may not start conflict with a Civilian Rank 1 until they start conflict with you, this doesnt mean if they crash into you or call you some things.
3.2 – Civilian RP Rules
3.2.1 – Citations
- You must pay your citations in the log, if it is not paid within 1 real life day then every day it goes up by 2k
3.2.2 – Seized Items
- Anything that has been taken off you from Civilians or LEOs must be out of your inventory, and cannot be used until you get that exact item back or buy it
3.2.3 – Jail Time
- Jail time can not exceed 15 minutes unless the charge is a life sentence. If it is a life sentence then you may escape from jail but only at Civilian Rank 5+.
- Meaning if you are not that rank / passed it you will have to play a different character until then
3.3 – Civilian Rank Rules
3.3.1 Civilian Rank 1
- Ability to use Taser
- Ability to use melee (NO electric Baton)
- Ability to Rob Civilians (for 5k)
- Max of 2 Characters
- Ability to hunt
- Ability to go fishing
- Ability to join businesses
- Ability to work for a gang (not join them)
3.3.2 – Civilian Rank 2
- Ability to Use/Do anything in Previous Ranks.
- Ability to use non-Automatic Pistols
- Ability to do a 10-70 from cops
- Ability to use Sports classic Vehicles
- Ability to join gangs
- Ability to rob stores for 10k
- Ability to own a business
3.3.3 Civilian Rank 3
- Ability to Use/Do anything in Previous Ranks
- Ability to use SMGs (Non-heavy)
- Ability to use sports cars
- Ability to 10-80 from cops
- Ability to start a drug deal
(fyi: doesn’t mean when a lower rank you cannot attend drug deals you as a lower rank cannot deal the drugs but can be security)
3.3.4 – Civilian Rank 4
- Ability to Use/Do anything in Previous Ranks
- Ability to use Heavy SMGs
- Ability to use Body Armour in realistic situations
- Ability to Start Bank Robberies
- Ability to Kidnap cops
- Ability to rob civilians for 15k
- Ability to use black market (sell and buy)
3.3.5 – Civilian Rank 5
- Ability to Use/Do anything in Previous Ranks
- Ability to Attack/kill emergency services
- Ability to use Shotguns (Non-Heavy)
- Ability to use Sniper Rifles
- (Non-Heavy)
- Ability to use Super Cars (no 10-80)
- Ability to have 3 Characters
- Ability to impersonate Cops (Must have an Ai cop car not owned)
3.3.6 – Civilian Rank 6
- Ability to Use/Do anything in Previous Ranks
- Ability to 10-80 in a boat
- Ability to use Assault Rifles
- Ability to Rob Anyone for 30k
- Ability to Rob any store for 40k
- Ability to make / buy fake IDs(only can have 2 once it’s took by police it’s gone forever so use wisely)
3.3.7 – Civilian Rank 7
- Ability to Use/Do anything in Previous Ranks
- Ability to Rob Anyone For one of their items if you steal the item for more then 30 minutes and the person does not retrieve it in time
- Ability to 10-80 in a plane ( meaning while your escaping police primarily but be unique with it)
- Ability to use explosives (Priority Timer Approved only and by manager+ in bank robbery scenes with sticky bombs on the backs of hostages / cars)
- Ability to use Heavy Assault Rifles
- Ability to use Heavy Shotguns
- Ability to use Heavy Sniper Rifles
3.3.8 – Senior Civilian
- Ability to Use/Do anything in Previous Rank
- Ability to Rob banks for 500k
- Ability to Rob Police Stations for guns and body armour (ONLY 1 Heavy Gun,3 normal guns ,and two body armour have to have 2 people accompanying you , only need one senior Civ to do robbery)
- Ability to Steal Police radios and listen muted in RTO for 1 minute (2 time use once the 2 uses are up it’s unusable but there’s a catch if you rob more then two police stations in one day the police can track you to your direct location , police in RTO will log your uses so do not lie, -change your name to -[Listening…] once in RTO)
- Ability to Torture (yes it means exactly what it says anything other then sexual stuff goes)
