Article 1

1.1 – Discord Channel Rules

1.1.1 – Channel Purposes

  • You are required to use the correct channels for their designed purposes and at all times follow General chat rule basis as well as channel basis overall

1.1.2 – Required Language

  • You are required to speak English in all text and voice channels but no other language.
  • Exemption – You can speak any language within RP if it’s RP related. 

1.1.3 – Spamming

  • Spamming channels is not tolerated at all,  this means spamming the same gif/image or simply saying the same thing more than three times in a row is considered spamming.

1.1.4 – Mentioning Roles

  • You are not able to mention,tag,or @ roles at any time whatsoever.
  • Exemption – If you have approval from a higher up meaning your first higher ranking staff member or a Directors Approval to do so for a valid reason.

If you are a Department head you can @ roles for your department.

If you are staff/ head of a staff head 

1.1.5 – Drama

  • You are not allowed to cause drama at any time within the text or voice channels at all if you do and decide to continue a punishment will be made.

1.1.6 – Links

  • You are only able to send links Via the off-topic channel, if a link is found in any other channel a punishment will may be discussed.
  • Exemption – Department Heads Are allowed to put links to link with their department.
  • If you get a Board Of Director Approval to send a link into a certain chat.
  • Sub server you can send links to help with your business/gangs or to help the LEO side of things.(INSURE you send them within the correct respected channels of use)

1.1.7 – Personal Information & Staff Leaking

  • You are not allowed to share your own or other people’s information around this discord server at any time including DMs. This also includes Any staff/management chat or management/staff group 
  • Will result in a ban

1.2 Bank Balance, inventory, punishments & stats

1.2.1 Transfering Money

  • Transferring money between 2 different servers is not tolerated within HighGen RP E,g. Transferring money from the Xbox server to the PS4 server in order to gain more money to buy different things from the shop.

1.2.2 Leaving HighGen RP

  • If you decide to leave HighGen RP all of your inventory and roles will be reset back to the beginning this will also happen due to getting Kicked, or Banned.
  • Exemption – If you accidently leave you are required to get back into the server within 1 hour to gain all of your roles back and a background check will be completed.

1.2.3 Stat Boosting

  • You are not allowed to sit in a VC just to gain you extra hours within your S?u stats if caught doing so you will be disconnected from the channel automatically.and warned 

1.2.4 Punishment while LOA

  • If you are LOA (Leave Of Absence) and you have a punishment that you have to serve. The punishment will be paused until you come off LOA and will continue where left off

1.3 – Kick & Bannable Offences

1.3.1 – Racism

  • Racism is not tolerated at all and will result in being banned.

1.3.2 – Trolling

  • Trolling is not tolerated within HighGen RP and will result in a kick or a ban

1.3.3 – Personal Information

  • Tracking or using members’ information to gain personal information such as Names, Social Media Handles, Credit Card Numbers, Address Etc, is blacklistable.

1.3.4 – Sexual Content

  • Sexual content is not permitted to be used within HighGen RP, if you are caught doing sexual content you will be punished with two Strikes one for the sexual content and another depending on the age of the individual. This also includes if you DM or send sexual things into chats, this also comes with nudity.
  • Exemptions to this will be if your drunk within RP ONLY (don’t get carried away with this)

BANNED TOPICS (sober/drunk)

  • Child Abuse and Pedophilia
  • Bestiality and Necrophilia
  • Rape and Sexual Assault

1.3.5 – Alt Accounts

  • Alt Accounts are not permitted in HighGen RP and will result in a Ban
  • Exemptions to this if your Director+ or Asst Director+ (Staff Purposes Only)

1.3.6 – Discrimination

  • Discrimination is not tolerated within HighGen RP. This can also be used as going against someone’s Race, sex, disabilities both physically and mentally.
  • Will result in a possible Strike

1.3.7 Threatening, Targeting & Harassment

  • Targeting members in HighGen RP is not allowed.
  • Exemption if it is within RP and RP related.
  • Targeting is when you are looking at every minor thing a certain member is doing to gain proof to report them continuously.
  • Harassment is when you are continuously harassing a member, both these can be bannable offences by BOD + Discretion.

1.3.8 – Backstage Recruiting

  • Backstage Recruiting is when you are inviting someone to a “chill server” or any server without their permission. If caught doing this without their permission this can be a straight Ban.

1.4 – Staff

1.4.1 Chain Of Command

  • Chain Of Command is the a very important ordeal within our server here at HighGen our staff team are required to follow it and you must follow it too. If you have a problem you must start at the bottom of the COC and that staff member can give you permission to move to the next one higher than themselves if they can’t provide any valid information or help and or they are just genuinely busy. If caught messaging or pinging a higher up you will be punished.
  • You must give staff to reply to DMs or chats 14-24 hours as they might not always be online as they have a life outside discord such as work and family’s.
  • You may DM Directorate+  if the server is in immediate threat.(Not the founder)

1.4.2 Staff Reports

  • False staff reports are not allowed and will result in punishment. If you do want to make a staff report you must have valid proof and make sure you get the right staff member for the report.

1.4.3 – Respect

  • Please respect staff if they do not answer you straight away they are either busy with server work or not available due to their out of server life. This also applies to how you speak to staff.
