2.1 – Fail Roleplay

2.1.1 – unrealistic roleplay

  • Make sure to roleplay a major crash 
  • Roleplaying anything unrealistic, I,e Aliens and anything along the lines of something non-human
  • Exemption – Scene Approval (Manager+)
  • Providing untrue or manipulated information, as in lying about what happened on a scene 
  • Going into customs while in a Vehicle Pursuit. This applies to civ chases also.

2.1.2 – Changing Clothing

  • You can not change your Clothing out of nowhere, you have to make it realistic by going to a house,car,or apartment.

2.1.3 – Meta-Gaming

  • Purposely using or relaying information that your character did not obtain from in-game {Streaming platforms & discord channels} to shape in-game RP.

2.2.- Priorities & Scenes

2.2.1.- Priority Logging

  • All properties must be logged within Priority Timer Chat.
  • In order to do a vehicle pursuit there must be 5+ LEOs in session
  • In order to do a foot pursuit there must be 3+ LEOs in session.

2.2.2 – Forbidden Scenes

  • Sexual Scenes
  • Suicide Scenes
  • Scenes involving explosives
  • Prison Escape Scenes
  • Racist scenes of any kind 

2.2.3 – Military RP

  • Roleplaying as Military personnel or military overall is prohibited, including impersonations

2.2.4 – Green Zones

  • Green zones are areas where you can not be harmed in any way shape or form, If caught doing this you will receive a demotion from your department.

    Green Zone Locations:
    All and any Hospitals.
    All and any Police Stations.
    All and any Fire Stations.
    All and any Los Santos Customs.
    All and any Clothing Stores.

2.2.5 – Profitable Scenes

  • Profitable scene, Bank/store robberies must be approved in the approval log/priority timer log and you can gain a max of $350k for a Bank Robbery, robbing a store the max you’ll gain would be $25K 

2.2.6 – Priority Approval

  • Every Priority must be approved by an Administrator + within discord.
  • Each priority must have a valid reason for it to happen.

2.3 RP Voice Channels

2.3.1 – RP Voice Chat Rules

  • You are required to be in a VC while being in RP
  • You are unable to go AFK for more than 15 minutes if so you will be kicked from the lobby.
  • You can use the music bot for a proper purpose for example driving, house, flat.

2.3.3 Scene RP VCs

  • You can not join an active RP VC without being on the scene.
  • Exemption if you are Moderator +
  • You are not able to leave mid scene and if so you get kicked from the game just let someone know from the scene.
  • No going out of character {OOC} while in a rp scene.
  • Staff are the only ones who may go out of character if it is deemed necessary.

2.3.4 – Events

  • If an event is held you may not disturb or cause any issues while it is happening.
  • Exemption unless the event holder as of the time states it’s ok to cause issues as it makes RP scenes more interesting 

2.4 – Priority Levels 

2.4.1 – Level One – Small Scenes, 3 – 4 LEO in Session

  • 10-70
  • Convenience store robberies
  • Robbing another civ/local
  • Kidnapping
  • Murder X1 (4 Leo Required)

2.4.2 0 Level Two – Medium Scenes, 5 LEO in Session

  • Attacking Emergency Departments
  • 10-80
  • GTA
  • Multiple Homicide Scenes
  • Singular Hostage Scenes 
  • Human Trafficking

2.4.3 – Level Three – Large Scenes, 5 LEO in Session

  • Organised crime activity
  • Gang Violence
  • Big Robbery Scenes
  • Multiple Hostage Scenes
  • Terrorist Incidents
  • Riots
  • Shooting at cops

2.5 – Modifications, Items & Bugs

2.5.1 GTA In game bugs

  • You can not exploit/abuse bugs.

2.5.2 – EMS, Transmission, Turbo & Upgrades

  • No performance Modifications are allowed i,e Engine, Turbo, Transmission etc.
  • No Arena War Modifications and Upgrades.
  • Coloured Lights are allowed (Apart from blue and red)

2.5.3 – Thermal & Night Vision

  • You are not able to use Thermal, Night Vision at any time.
  • Exemption Staff patrols, staff patrols are only allowed if approved by BOD+

2.5.4 – Firework Launchers

  • You can use Firework Launchers within realistic rp scenarios but you can not use it against other players or vehicles you are only allowed to fire it up in the sky.

2.6 – Session Rules

2.6.1 – Joining session

  • – You must have a callsign and your CAD accepted before getting into the session.
  • – You are also required to be signed into cad if you are not , you will be guided how to or be made to 

2.6.2 – Minimap & Overhead Display

  • Minimap must be off at all times and failure to do so will result in a punishment- Overhead display (HUD that shows your money) may be kept on.
    Exemption – BOD+ are allowed to have their map on in session, However this must not be used to gain information/info for their benefit during scenes, if this is blatant and the map is being used for any of their benefit the BOD will be instantly Demoted

2.6.3 – Paused Session

  • If the session is paused due to a meeting happening, all RP rules still apply to everyone included Directorate+ as there is no special treatment for anyone of a high ranking position -Exemption 
  • A Directorate and or manager+ can freely roam while in meetings/VCs for staff situations or to watch out for any FRP while in meetings

2.6.4 – Crowding Areas

  • Within the Map/AOP’s you must spread out and utilise the whole area within the AOP Meaning when there’s scenes going on and you check your map to RP DO NOT go over there as your character in game wouldn’t have the map for GTA V this is what we call metagaming anyone caught doing this will receive a Strike without warning  

2.6.5 – Griefing Session

  • Griefing Session is not tolerated within HighGen RP and will result in a direct Ban with no means of returning 

2.6.6 – Spectating

  • Spectating is not allowed whatsoever in HighGen RP.
  • -Exemption 
  • Asst Manager+ in the case of a staff situation and or watching over the server FOR staff situations 

2.6.7 Directions

  • You may open your map to see where to go for directions.
  • The only way for you to see where to go is if someone pings you their location in in-game-chat meaning just look on the map and waypoint where they either last were/are, the term “ping” is what we call this 

2.6.8 – Shooting out of a Vehicle

  • You must be a Civilian Rank 5+ to shoot an non-automatic weapon whilst driving
  • LEO have permission to shoot non-automatic weapons whilst driving. ONLY if approved by leadership+

2.6.9 – Off The Radar

  • You may NOT go off the radar if caught doing so you will be dealt with accordingly.

2.6.10 – Cop Baiting

  • Cop baiting will result in a punishment if caught doing so. Cop baiting is where you are trying to get the cops attention for something unnecessary like driving passed them more then once no one realistically wants to be caught/be chased by police if caught with evidence then you may get a strike for FRP by BOD+
